This is something of a sad post to make. We've been on the zIRC network since all but the group's first month or two when we were on the now-dead mircx network. Over the last four years, we found zIRC a welcoming, friendly environment where a number of friendly groups hung out. Unfortunately, zIRC started having problems about a year ago with stability and attacks, and eventually whittled itself down to one server. As of early June, zIRC officially gave in and merged with the Chatech network. The new network hasn't been great for us so far. We've got more spam, some of our regular visitors stayed away, and virtually the entire fansubbing scene that was on zIRC fled ages before we did.
And so, we're moving home. Long ago we'd never have thought of ending up where we are, but for all practical intents and purposes, it does indeed appear to be the best choice.
